  • What time can I check in?

    Checkin time is 16:00
    ※If your arriving will be at after 22:00,please make sure to contact us by e-mail or Call03-5489-3667

  • What time should I check out?

    Checkout time is 10am

  • Could I have a receipt?

    Yes,you can.But only for on-site payment.
    (It is impossible of pre-payment,but if you make a reservation from our website we can issue it.)

  • Can I leave my baggage before check in time?

    You can leave your luggage free of charge from 10:00 before check-in.The storage area is the common space on the floor where you will be staying.Please make sure to contact us by e-mail or Call 03-5489-3667,when you arrive.

  • What is the size of locker?

    LOCKER ROOM W25×H83×D48cm

  • Can I smoke?

    Include the laundry space, no smoking on the premises. If you'd like to smoke,feel free to ask the place to front desk staff.

  • What is the size of capsule?

    ROOM　：W1050　H1042　D2075
    BED　（Single）：W1040　D2000

  • About Check in/Check out of staying long term.

    If you are staying for two or more nights, you can use the same room. Also,you don't need check out.

  • About Travel amenities.

    We have prepared DHC's new product WAGOKOROAlso, we have Bath towel,Hand towel,Body towel,Toothbrush,Comb,Cotton swabs and Cotton.
    There is a Hairdryer in the dressing room.

  • Can I use the internet in my room?

    We have free WIFI in the room. Please ask the front desk for ID and Password.

Accommodation is not available for men,please understand.
